Welding System for Polypropylene Sewer Pipes

Welding System for Polypropylene Sewer Pipes

The welding system of the future for standard polypropylene sewer pipes.

The IP-plus welding system is designed to create a permanently tight, stable connection for KG 2000 polypropylene (PP) sewer pipes that is resistant to unscrewing and pulling out. The IP-plus welding system naturally meets the applicability requirements of DIN EN 14758 (KG 2000) and DIN EN 1852. In addition, it meets the material requirements specified in DIN EN ISO 1167-1 (internal pressure test).

Applications:

  • high-quality sewer lines
  • chemical plants with highly polluted wastewater
  • gas stations and tank storage facilities
  • Wastewater Treatment in Agriculture
  • biogas plants
  • Cable routing in sloped sections subject to tensile loads
  • drinking water protection zones
  • safety-critical equipment
  • foundation line

Advantages:

  • youHigh chemical resistance of pipes and fittings

  • Approval from DIBt (Z-42.5-553)

  • oComplies with AwSV 08.2017

  • Successful LAU and JGS exams!

  • Temperature range: -20°C to +95°C

  • resistant to high temperatures (up to 90 °C for extended periods, 95 °C for short periods)

  • High-pressure resistant (tested up to 14 bar)

  • Highly resistant to high-pressure blasting

  • Significantly increased safety compared to rubber-sealed systems

  • Significant cost savings compared to PE-HD welding systems

  • simple installation process

  • electronic data documentation
