Magnacor

This concept introduces dual polypropylene walls with resistance to water temperatures up to 60°C. It brings innovation in the neck design and the new shape of the seal. Constructions with natural pressure, combined hygiene equipment and rainwater mains. This system is used for common house sewage and for draining roads and highways.

HEAVY DUTY RESISTANCE

The Magnacor system is manufactured in diameters ranging from 200 to 600 mm; its unrivalled properties derive from the material, copolymer from block polypropylene. At the same time, the system meets all future ecology standards and requirements.

HIGH DURABILITY AND TOUGHNESS, RESISTANCE TO ABRASION

The Magnacor sewage pipes and fittings are made from polypropylene (PP). Their special properties include smooth, homogenous inner and grooved outer walls with high ring stiffness, which make them the perfect choice for underground installations with higher peak pressures, such as highway roads, extreme depths or areas with a high level of groundwater. High mechanical resistance at subzero temperatures up to -20°C.

CLASS SN 8 TOUGHNESS

Due to the dual walls, the value of the ring stiffness of the Magnacor pipes and fittings amounts to SN 8. Therefore, the system is applicable for founding constructions in urban development areas or city centres.

WATER- AND GAS TIGHTNESS

The Magnacor sewage piping is:
water tight - at positive and negative pressure of 0.05 MPa
, gas tight - at positive and negative pressure of 0.05 MPa

EASY CONNECTION AND MODIFICATION

Optional connection to sewage systems with smooth walls. Optional modification of parts to any lengths, easy connection using a wide selection of fittings not only of the Magnacor range. As the pipes deliver a low weight and grooved outer layer, the handling and positioning in the trench is easier than in other sewage systems. There is 50% reduction in the force required to join the pipes. Easy transportation and fewer risks towards work safety during on-site installation. The pale grey colour of the inner wall provides excellent conditions for TV monitoring and inspection.

EXCELLENT SMOOTHNESS, HIGH ELASTICITY

The hydraulic smoothness of the inner piping wall allows for high flow rates of the transported media (prevents formation of deposits within the pipe), as well as the lower pitch application of the pipe (reducing the extent of groundwork). Excellent transfer of static load (tall embankments of roads, etc.) and dynamic load (e.g. high levels of road traffic: highways, high-speed roads, etc.)
